• Eligibility: Members must be at least 18 years old to join Voyavi.
• Account Creation: Each member must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Accuracy of Listings: Members must ensure that all property descriptions, photos, and details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Rules and Restrictions: Members may specify house rules, such as whether pets, children, or smokers are allowed.
• Compliance: It is the responsibility of members to comply with local laws, regulations, and insurance requirements when listing their property.

• Earning VoyCoin: Members earn VoyCoin by hosting guests in their properties, and/or referring new members to the Voyavi platform.
• Spending VoyCoin: VoyCoin can be used to book stays at other members properties.
• Non-Transferability: VoyCoin is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash between members.

• Mutual Agreement: Bookings must be agreed upon by both parties through the Voyavi platform.
• Cancellation Policy: Members are encouraged to honor their commitments. Frequent cancellations may result in account suspension.
• Emergency Cancellations: In the case of unforeseen circumstances, members should notify Voyavi to seek a resolution.

• Property Care: Guests must treat the host’s property with respect and adhere to the agreed upon rules.
• Liability: Members are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate home insurance to cover damages or incidents. Voyavi is not liable for damages or disputes between members.

• Data Collection: Voyavi collects personal information from its members in order to provide a smooth and personalized experience on the platform. This may include details such as your name, contact information, and preferences related to your property listing. We handle all personal information in accordance with privacy laws to protect your privacy and ensure the safety of your data.
• Member Communication: By joining Voyavi, members agree to receive occasional emails about updates, promotions, and newsletters.

• Policy Violations: Voyavi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Members are encouraged to set clear rules for their property. Common rules include:

• Pets Welcome: Indicate if pets are allowed and any specific conditions.
• Smoking Policy: Specify whether smoking is permitted.
• Children Welcome: Clarify if the property is suitable for families with children.

• Members are responsible for any damages they cause during their stay.
• Hosts are encouraged to document their property before and after each stay.
