Voyavi is a platform for home exchange. Members can list their properties, and arrange direct home exchanges with other members of the Voyavi platform. Or host members in your home as an indirect exchange, to earn points (VoyCoin), and use those points to stay at another home on the platform. Whether you’re a primary homeowner, tenant or own a holiday rental, Voyavi offers a flexible and rewarding way to explore new destinations.
VoyCoin is the points system of the Voyavi platform. When you host guests in your property, you earn VoyCoin based on the value and duration of the stay. You can then use these points to book stays at other members properties. New members receive an initial grant of 150 VoyCoin to help them start their journey.
Yes! Renters can also join Voyavi, provided they have permission from their landlord to list their property on the platform.
Absolutely. Voyavi prioritizes safety and security. We use identity verification, secure messaging, and a review system to ensure that members are trustworthy. You can also set specific rules and conditions for your property, such as whether pets or children are allowed.
Yes, with Voyavi you can use both the traditional, reciprocal home swap and non-reciprocal swap using VoyCoin points.
New members receive a complimentary VoyCoin grant upon joining, which allows you to book your first stay. After hosting your first guests, you’ll earn additional VoyCoin to continue your travels. Members also receive 300 VoyCoin for referring a new member to join Voyavi.

Yes, second homes and holiday rentals are welcome on Voyavi. Listing a second property increases your opportunities to earn VoyCoin and enjoy more travel experiences.

Once your home advert has been approved, you can then start using the platform to send and receive home exchange requests.
